there are more disorders, but i am going to be talkng about panic attack and o.c.d and general anxiety, social anxiety, stress and nervous breakdowns so first up panic attacks.
panic disporder is an anxiety disorder that affects 3.5 percent of the population, people with panic disorder can have unexpected panic attacks o.c.d. stands for obsessive compulseive disorder when you have this type of disorder you feel like you have unwanted thoughts or images in your head. general anxiety is exaggerated worryand tension evan when there is little or nothing to provoke it. social anxiety is on of the most common disorders affected by 7 to 13 percent of the population people with this disorder tend to feel unconfortable and or nervous is social situations, stress is an emotional illness that you can mostly get when your in a situation that is life threting, people, and all sorts of things. nervous breakdowns are like when you just randomly just start crying and being sad and all of that
